Bellamy St. was a highly customized luxury residential finish carpentry project centered around complex architectural detailing and precision execution. One of the defining features of the home was a cab-style staircase that introduced numerous angled transitions and curved bulkhead challenges throughout the build, requiring careful planning and advanced finish carpentry techniques.
The project also included real cedar panel installations in the living and dining areas, a circular wine cellar enclosure, a built-in sauna, and a specially designed sound-isolated bedroom featuring a rail connection into the washroom. This unique layout required the fabrication and installation of a custom truncated door frame system to accommodate the design constraints while maintaining a clean architectural finish.
Additional custom work included CNC-cut grille detailing integrated into paneled master bedroom walls, along with a variety of bespoke finishing elements throughout the property. Bellamy St. reflects the ability to execute demanding high-end residential projects where craftsmanship, problem-solving, and coordination are essential to achieving a refined final result.
